Introduction

may be referred to as Customer. The terms 'You' or 'Customer'
includes you and any of your owners, employees, partners, independent

may be referred to as Provider. The terms 'Us,' 'We,' or 'Provider'
includes and our owners, employees, subsidiaries, independent
contractors, agents, attorneys, and assigns.

website MyFreeAffiliateSite.com may be referred to as the terms
'MyFreeAffiliateSite.com' or 'Site'.
By
using the 'Site' 'MyFreeAffiliateSite.com' operated by 'US' the
'Provider', 'You' the 'Customer' are agreeing to the Terms and
Conditions. Do not use 'MyFreeAffiliateSite.com' if you have not read
and agreed to Terms and Conditions.
Hosting
Rules and Agreement
In
addition to the general Terms and Conditions, Disclosure, and Privacy
Policy, Copyright Agreement, the following additional rules are
incorporated into those terms and apply to your acting as an
affiliate to sell products and/or services:
You
must maintain complete and accurate contact information with us,
including email.
You
cannot transfer your account to anyone else.
You
cannot host our software or your website on your own server.
You
cannot have a email address with your domain because it would be run
through our server and name servers. We will not allow you to send
any emails through our server.
You
cannot act as a reseller, or allow other persons to host their web
pages on your account, Your violation of these rules may result in
your account being terminated.
Your
use of our hosting services must be for lawful purposes. For this
you must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are
located, and the laws and regulations where our website is located.
You
agree that you will not add any copyrighted material to your website
that is hosted on our servers. In the event that you do and legal
action is taken, you take full responsibility and we hold the right
to release you personally identifiable information to the appropriate
authorities in order to protect our rights.
Additionally,
you agree to not use our hosting services for 'adult' related
products or services, whether or not there is nudity. You also agree
to not use your account to for warez, illegal file downloads, or for
the distribution of .mp3 files.
You
also agree not to target those under the age of 18 or collect any
information from children under the age of 13.
If
your site uses an inordinate amount of resources as determined in our
discretion, such as server space, bandwidth, email, ftp, cpu usage,
resource usage, etc, your site may be suspended or an offending
script may be terminated.
It
is your responsibility to ensure that the scripts, programs, and
files you install are secure.
We
have a zero spam tolerance policy. Spam consists of sending
unsolicited-email.
You
are responsible for backing up all of your data and files.
You
agree to defend us and to hold us harmless from any and all demands,
liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable
attorney's fees, arising from content you have placed, or allowed to
be placed (either intentionally, negligently, or inadvertently) in
your account.
*Any
violation of these rules may result in the prompt suspension or
termination of your hosting privileges, and you agree that you will
not be entitled to any refund of any amounts paid to us.*
Changes
To Hosting Rules and Agreement
This
Rules and Hosting Agreement may not be modified or amended orally,
impliedly, or in any manner not set forth in writing or permitted by
this Rules and Hosting Agreement.
This
Rules and Hosting Agreement may be amended by us at any time and
without notice, but only by amending this Rules and Hosting Agreement
as posted on this website, unless otherwise agreed to in a writing
signed by both of us.
Any
amendments will become effective 30 days after being posted on the
website, unless circumstances require that a change be immediately
implemented. As a condition for this Agreement you agree to
periodically check this Agreement posted at this page.
You
agree that your continued use of our product or service after that
date will constitute your consent and acceptance of the amendment.
